Welcome to Chata Pytlorka, hidden in the heart of the Beskydy forests, in a secluded area surrounded by nature. It is a place where time slows down and you can enjoy peace and quiet with your loved ones.
Chata Pytlorka is located near the town of Jablunkov, but 8 km from the nearest shops, restaurants and civilization. There is only a paved forest road, ideal for SUVs or 4×4 vehicles, which will lead you to our nature refuge. 4×4 is only necessary in winter.
On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace that will warm not only your body but also your soul. Energy is provided by solar panels, which contributes to our off-grid lifestyle. The sanitary facilities on the ground floor include a toilet and a shower.
On the first floor of the cottage there are two separate bedrooms and a children’s area with a large bed and a children’s corner. Ideal for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy some time together away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There is also a children’s corner.
For a nature experience, we offer a hot tub, which is available to guests throughout their stay. At the cottage, you can enjoy a fireplace that also serves as a barbecue, overlooking the valley, ideal for summer evenings full of stars. The cottage is also a starting point for hiking. You can visit the surrounding peaks of the Beskydy Mountains – Velký Stožek, Zimný, Filipka.

The prices are final and only a handling fee of 2000 CZK is payable, costs for consumed energy, heating, water, final cleaning, firewood, grill, outdoor hot tub, sauna.
Recreation fee: 26 CZK/person/night
Pet fee: 500 CZK/night (by prior agreement, only small breeds up to 6 kg)
Fee for heating and preparing the barrel on the day of arrival 1500 CZK
Possibility to arrange a late check-out for a fee of 1000 CZK until 18:00 (only if there is no other stay on the given day)

Check-in is after 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
The stay is governed by the Operating Rules, which are available to guests. In the event of a serious violation of these rules by the client, the accommodation provider has the right to terminate the client’s stay without compensation.
Staying with pets is possible after prior agreement.
Minimum length
During the summer holidays, the months of July and August, we only offer stays of a minimum length of 5 nights
For the rest of the year, we offer stays of a minimum of 2 nights
In the case of public holidays, New Year’s Eve stays and other specific dates – Easter, long weekends due to public holidays 3 nights
We reserve the right to make changes.
Reservations and cancellation conditions
Preliminary reservations can be made online, by phone or by e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed or rejected according to the current availability of the requested date.
Payment of the deposit and additional payment
A deposit of 50% is required when booking accommodation within 5 working days. An advance invoice is issued for the deposit.
The additional payment must be paid by bank transfer no later than 1 day before arrival. The deposit is deducted from the total price of the stay.
In the case of last minute stays, the full amount for the accommodation must be paid no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellation fees
The 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
However, you can change the date of your stay at least 30 days before arrival.
If the client shortens the stay, there is no right to a refund.
By paying the deposit for the stay, the client agrees to the above reservation and cancellation conditions (including cancellation fees).
Withdrawal of the accommodation provider from the contract
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the customer’s stay at any time due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. technical problems, force majeure, etc.). In such a case, the deposit paid will be returned to the customer in full.
The accommodation provider also reserves the right to cancel the stay if the customer does not agree with the terms of accommodation or is in conflict with them. In such a case, the deposit paid will be returned to the customer in full.
The accommodation provider also has the right to withdraw from the contract if the customer grossly violates the terms of contract or the rules of the facility. In this case, the stay may be terminated without compensation.
